The studio was founded in 1998 and began renovating and expanding their studio space in 2018. They wanted a brand refresh and a new website to reflect their continued commitment to the recording industry and the local Austin music scene. The Bubble wanted a bold retro look to reflect their musical influences and heritage.
We crafted a Brand Style Guide to base the Visual Identity of the new website and marketing content around. Additionally we consulted them on social media marketing and how best to integrate their social media channels. We also created an SEO strategy so they could apply best practices for organic search and a consistent brand voice across the website and all social media platforms.
We felt that The Bubble could differentiate themselves from their competition by communicating who they were and showing their process with their clients in the studio, rather than focusing on the rooms and gear list. Most of their clients are very internet savvy, so a mobile responsive site was essential, as well as blogging and strong social media presence on platforms their audience closely follows. We explained how sharing their client's posts and successes on social media, along with their own, would boost engagement and increase interest and followers, leading to higher conversions and sales for The Bubble.
We collaborated with The Bubble to create Brand and Visual style guides, picking out suitable fonts and brand colors to communicate the bold and retro look that they wanted to convey The Bubble's history and heritage.
