Storage Scholars is a door-to-door moving, shipping, and summer storage service designed specifically for college students. They provide packing supplies, direct dorm pick-up, secure summer storage, and delivery to student’s rooms before the semester begins.

Project Challenge

Design for Growth

Audivelo kicked off the Storage Scholars redesign by planning for long-term scalability and SEO optimization. We built a component-based design system powered by CSS variables, restructuring the Schools CMS, and creating new CMS collections for Testimonials, Blog, and FAQs.

From there, we redesigned the home page to clearly tell the Storage Scholars’ story (including key moments like their appearance on Shark Tank), several sections explaining “How it Works” with features and benefits, while strengthening trust and usability through dynamic partner-school logos and testimonials pulled from the CMS, plus intuitive navigation and persistent school-specific URLs.

  1. Custom testimonial sliders
  2. Date based sales banners
  3. Exit intent popup offers

Project Solution

Dynamic CMS Pages

The heavy lifting behind scaling the website happened in the Schools and Blog landing pages. We utilized a custom code base to make the CMS lists filterable and searchable (by school name or article topic), then created CMS template pages that auto-populate from structured fields and link directly from those hubs.

On the Schools side, we layered in conditional logic and custom code to tailor each school page to display unique content based on partner status, available services, and location-based pricing tiers.

  1. School specific move-in and move-out dates
  2. Summer Storage availability
  3. Dynamic pricing tiers based on service & location

Project Results

Audivelo has provided ongoing Webflow design and development support for Storage Scholars as they scaled from a bootstrapped startup to an enterprise team (2022–2026).

During that period Storage Scholars grew from serving 23 to 200+ campuses, expanded into 50+ markets, reached 40,000+ students, and rapidly increased annual revenue.
