Kosmik Brands

Project Challenge
Platform Migration:
Begin the move from Squarespace to Webflow by establishing a clear visual direction for the website redesign. Translate the refreshed brand positioning into a cohesive design system that aligns typography, color palette, and imagery standards with key UI components to ensure consistency across pages.
- Design and create the core marketing pages: Home, About, and Brand Partners.
- Build and configure reusable components, conversion-ready content structure, and responsive section layouts.
- Set the baseline for future CMS-driven pages and ongoing site expansion with easy to edit page templates.
Project Solution
Scalable eCommerce:
Build CMS-driven Product Galleries organized by category with reusable collection templates, filtering/sorting, and conversion-focused product listing layouts. Create a Kosmik Gear storefront for branded apparel that syncs inventory, pricing, variants (size/color), and fulfillment through a Shopify backend integration.
The result is a flexible, easy-to-manage product system that lets the team quickly add new products, expand categories, and run seasonal drops. Partner dispensaries, Budtenders, and new Kosmonauts can quickly see what products and innovative flavors are available.
Project Results
The Kosmik Brands website was successfully launched on the Webflow platform with a reusable component and CMS page template driven foundation. They now have a flexible, easy-to-manage product and blog system that lets the team quickly add new products, expand categories, and run seasonal drops without redesigning pages or relying on developer-heavy updates.
Post launch performance has shown an increase in brand awareness and site traffic, a boost in sales from higher conversions due to improved brand trust and expanded partner dispensary operations, and their Kosmonaut and Budtender community grew by 135%.
